Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting
The BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) report, a mandate introduced under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), is a recent obligation for companies in the United States. This report necessitates that businesses disclose comprehensive information regarding their corporate structure and the identities of beneficial owners to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

BOI Report
The primary goal of the BOI report is to enhance transparency and combat financial offenses, such as money laundering.
Corporations and Limited Liability Companies are mandated to fulfill the reporting requirements.
Businesses knowingly providing fraudulent information or failing to file their reports by the deadline risk civil penalties of up to $500 for each day the infraction persists or is not corrected. Furthermore, they may be subject to a $10,000 fine and/or two years in jail.
Report any company or personnel changes within 30 days of occurrence.
To ensure timely processing, kindly submit your report a minimum of three days prior to the deadline.
